As in every EU country, products bought from Griro Energy are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Below is the official European Union notice that summarises these rights.
What this means for you
The legal guarantee of conformity is a right you have by law. You don't have to pay for it, and it does not depend on any commercial guarantee. If the product does not conform to the contract or has a conformity defect, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity by repair or replacement, free of charge. In certain cases you are also entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
How to make a claim
Email us at contact@griro-energy.ro and include:
- your order number or invoice;
- the product and its serial number;
- a description of the issue, with photos or a video if possible.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
The legal guarantee is not affected by any commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer or by us.
